Bookings & Pricing
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. We operate by appointment to keep the spa peaceful and unhurried. Same-day slots sometimes open — the fastest way to check is WhatsApp.
How do I book?
Do you have a pricelist?
Yes — request our current pricelist on WhatsApp or email and we’ll share it instantly. Package pricing may vary by season and availability.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Absolutely — please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another guest. Late changes may be subject to a fee during peak periods.
Do you take walk-ins?
We’re mostly appointment-based. If you’re nearby, message us; we’ll try to accommodate where possible.
Treatments
Which massage should I choose?
For relaxation, pick Swedish. For stubborn knots, choose Deep Tissue. If you love warmth, go Aroma Hot-Stone. For deeper fascia release with less pressure, try Bamboo Full-Body.
Do you customise pressure and focus areas?
Yes. We tailor every session to your body, pressure preference, and focus zones (e.g., back/neck/shoulders).
Do you offer body scrubs and wraps?
Yes. Our Chocolate Indulgence Scrub and targeted back treatments smooth, nourish and leave skin glowing.
Gel, French, or classic finishes for nails?
All available. Express or Deluxe Manicure/Pedicure can be upgraded with gel overlays or French tips.
Is waxing available?
Yes — face, body and bikini options with professional technique and aftercare guidance.
Couples & Getaways
Do you offer couples packages?
Yes — side-by-side treatments with optional add-ons like hot-stone upgrades, bush picnics or game-drive experiences (subject to availability).
Can we stay overnight?
Yes — we partner with Lethabong Lodge for romantic overnight retreats. Message us for current combinations and availability.
Are couples packages limited?
Slots are limited to keep things intimate. Please pre-book to secure your preferred date and time.

How do I get directions?
Open Google Maps with our pin: Directions to Munyai Wellness Day Spa. The final approach is gravel — drive slowly.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 • Sat 09:00–17:00 • Sun/Public Holidays by appointment.
Vouchers & Policies
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes — digital or printed vouchers. Tell us the amount or treatment, and we’ll prepare it right away.
What is your late arrival policy?
We’ll do our best to deliver the full experience, but sessions may be shortened if you arrive late to avoid delays for the next guest.
Health conditions & pregnancy
Please inform us of any medical conditions or pregnancy when booking so we can recommend safe, suitable options.
Can I bring children?
To maintain a tranquil environment, children should be supervised at all times. Please ask about family-friendly times.
